Housework stinks...

The can is vintage Zenith Tibet-almond stick container.  Product promises to efface 1,000 scratches.  Won't find out because I gave contents away.
The head is an auto tube (light?), arms attached with pop rivets (first attempt.  definitely need hand strength).  The mop and bowl are not attached in case next owner has a different take on housework.
