Ingredients:
Head is some car part found on the ground, eyelids metal picture hanger, kids toy electronic toy arms, bouncy ball, hat is plastic cap to I don't know what, jacks, and plaque is from a camera I dis-assembled.

Last photo shows ball removed from hands so you see he can play when you're ready.
