My version of stained glass...

... 28 little pieces of glass measuring 1" square colored with alcohol ink and arranged in a wood tray.  The tray was packaging for wooden letters I purchased quite some time ago.  Like many items that I get, held onto it knowing it would eventually have a use.

Really difficult to get a photo - each piece is different of course.  Attempted to gradate colors from dark on the bottom to light on top.  I used wood pieces to create a raised pattern in hopes of catching more light.   In photo, appears top are crooked but that is due to design on glass.  They are aligned.  Last photo is close up of bottom squares.
There is a saw-tooth hanger to allow it to be displayed vertically.
